How do I become an advertiser?
Expand your reach with just a few clicks. Simply click on the “buy a package” button on this page under the package option you prefer, pay for your package, and an email will be sent to you with instructions to collect your ad materials!
When will my ad materials be due?
Ad artwork and hyperlink are due two weeks prior to deployment. Keep in mind: as a portion of your package is a calendar listing, the sooner we receive your materials, the better! Once we receive your materials for the calendar listing(s), we can add them to the website calendar ensuring the best lead/exposure time for your event(s).
Where do I submit my ad materials?
Once you have purchased your package above, you will receive a confirmation email with details on submitting your materials via our online form (calendar listings) and email submission (newsletter and website ads).
How do I confirm the performance I would like featured in my calendar listing and the dates I would like my newsletter and website ads to run?
Simply submit the ad materials for the performance of your choosing via the submission form, and your calendar listing is set! On this same form, you will select the date(s) you would like your ads to run.
Can I change out my ad while my campaign is running? (Full Season Package)
Yes! Full Season Package advertisers have the opportunity to change their ad material for each placement throughout their run. New materials must be submitted at least two weeks prior to deployment.
Can En Face Magazine design an ad for me?
No. The artwork for digital advertisement packages are the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
Will I receive the newsletter(s) that feature my ad(s)?
Absolutely! By partnering with En Face Magazine, you are automatically added to our Facing the Audience newsletter and will receive the latest in ballet and dance news across the nation.
